The light, fully equipped eat-in kitchen provides direct access to your private terrace where you can soak up the sunshine. The individually furnished space is decorated with pictures by local artists to create tasteful surroundings in which to relax and leave the everyday routine behind.

In keeping with the airy feel of the apartment, the dining table is made from light local wood. Seating up to six people, it provides plenty of space to enjoy leisure and mealtimes all together.

The living area is furnished with a couch, coffee table and sideboard, which holds a flatscreen TV and modern hi-fi system. Complimentary streaming with Amazon Prime means that everyone will be well entertained, and of course high-speed internet is available throughout the apartment.

A toast to your holiday! To help celebrate your arrival, we are pleased to provide you with a bottle of fine regional wine. And now for the details: cutlery, crockery, wine glasses and all the various kitchen aids you might need for preparing your favourite dishes and drinks can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. A SodaStream is also on hand to save you buying and carrying heavy bottles of mineral water.

The master bedroom for 2 people awaits you with a double bed, anti-allergen bedding, a TV and reading lamps. The built-in wardrobe was handmade by the village carpenter and features practical interior lighting. The balcony door has a view of the mountains and provides access to the terrace.

The second bedroom is also for 2 people and fitted with a double bed, anti-allergen bedding, a TV and reading lamps. The handmade wardrobe was crafted by our local carpenter and again features interior lighting. This bedroom has a view of the mountains.

The third bedroom features a double bed as well and is also equipped with anti-allergen bedding and reading lamps. Again, the handmade wardrobe was crafted by our local carpenter.

The master bathroom (with window) has two sinks, a shower, a toilet and a bathtub. The integrated towel heater ensures that dry towels and bathrobes will be waiting for you to freshen up with after an active day out. Speaking of towels: we will happily change your towels in accordance with your wishes, and also provide complimentary shampoo, shower gel and soap.

The second bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a shower cubicle, plus an integrated towel heater and complimentary toiletries. Both natural and blue lighting create a calm and soothing atmosphere.

In the separate WC you will find a toilet. We also provide you with complimentary toilet paper, soap and hand cream.

The generous terrace runs around two sides of the apartment and offers the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine. The roofed design offers midday shade and protection from wind or sudden summer showers. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.

Take inspiration for the day ahead with a morning view of the mountains, and make the most of the longer evenings by relaxing on the terrace with a drink. The wide view of the Tyrolean mountains is awe-inspiring at any time of day.

With a table and seating for up to 6 people, the terrace provides ample opportunity for al fresco drinks and dining. Subtle exterior lighting enables you to enjoy the balmy evening temperatures even after the sun has set.
