Our Lifestyle Apartment offers living space for 6 people on two floors, which are connected by a staircase. The eat-in kitchen, living room, a bedroom with walk-in closet and attached bathroom, WC, utility room and terrace are on the upper floor of the building. The wellness area with sauna, two additional bedrooms and the bathroom are on the attic floor.

The light and airy eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and features a generous cooking island. There is a separate dining area for up to 6 people and direct access to the terrace. The elegant shelves of the in-kitchen honesty bar are stocked with a range of premium spirits.

Entertainment is guaranteed in the comfortable living room, which is furnished with a couch, coffee table and armchair, and features a large flatscreen TV and modern hi-fi system. Amazon Prime and high-speed internet mean that entertainment can be tailored to your individual needs. Paintings by the apartments’ owner and other local artists create a unique atmosphere.

A toast to your holiday! To help celebrate your arrival, we are pleased to provide you with a bottle of fine regional wine. And now for the details: cutlery, crockery, wine glasses and all the kitchen aids you need to prepare your favourite dishes can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. In addition, there is a griddle plate on the hob, an icemaker in the refrigerator, a SodaStream and a coffee machine with beans.

The well-assorted in-house bar offers a premium selection of regional and international alcoholic drinks. Please help yourselves, and thank you in advance for your discretionary donations.

The coldest time of year is perfect for long, rejuvenating wellness evenings. In a truly exclusive touch, the Lifestyle Apartment features a private sauna on the top floor of the building, complete with a shower, quiet zone and aroma diffuser. It goes without saying that bathrobes and slippers are provided free of charge.

The private Finnish-style steam sauna has ample space for up to 6 people. A natural wooden interior and aroma diffuser create a tranquil atmosphere that will do both body and soul good.

The bathroom on the attic floor features both natural light and blue lighting for a soothing atmosphere. It is equipped with a generous two-sink console, a toilet, a glass-walled shower cubicle and a large bathtub.

The integrated towel heater ensures that warm, dry towels and bathrobes will be waiting for you to freshen up with after a long day on the slopes. Speaking of towels: we will happily change your towels in accordance with your wishes, and also provide complimentary shampoo, shower gel and soap.

The bathroom on the upper floor has a large mirror with a two-sink console, a toilet, a glass-walled shower cubicle and a bathtub. The integrated towel dryer ensures pleasantly warm towels and bathrobes after an active day on the slopes.

In the separate WC you will find both a toilet and a covered urinal. We also provide you with complimentary toilet paper, soap and hand cream.

The master bedroom for 2 people awaits you on the upper floor with a double bed, anti-allergy bedding, a TV and reading lamps. The room offers direct access to the terrace and has an adjoining walk-in closet space and an additional bathroom.

The second bedroom on the attic floor for 2 people awaits you with a double bed, a TV and reading lamps. The thick duvets are anti-allergenic and make for a wonderfully cozy sleep even on freezing nights. The built-in wardrobe was handmade by the village carpenter and features practical interior lighting. The window looks out onto the building entrance and parking area.

The generous roofed terrace is protected from the wind and opens up to an inspiring mountain panorama at any time of day. There is a table with seating for up to 6 people, providing plenty of space to get some fresh air and admire the view. Thanks to a patio heater and subtle exterior lighting you can enjoy a pleasant al fresco evening even when the temperature has dropped below zero. Smoking is also permitted here.
